Oakbrook Community Farm in Stroud welcomes companies to spend a day working together on the land. Our farm offers a natural setting for team building, where colleagues can step away from the office, get their hands in the soil, and share in meaningful tasks that make a real difference.

A day on the farm can include planting trees, harvesting vegetables, building paths, or helping to care for the gardens and orchards. The work is practical, varied, and suitable for all abilities. Alongside the activity, there is plenty of space for fresh air, good food, and simple conversation.

By bringing your team here, you are not only strengthening relationships within your workplace but also supporting a community farm that provides food, education, and ecological care for the local area.

We can host groups of different sizes for half or full days, and each programme is tailored to your needs. Facilities on site include a barn, compost toilets, kitchen space, and parking.
