A  Warm Invitation

to Oakbrook CBS AGM on Sunday 24th of March 2024 

Time: 2pm – 4pm

  Venue: The Barn, Oakbrook Farm, Painswick Old Rd, Stroud GL6 7QN                 

Dear Member,

You are warmly invited to the fourth Annual General Meeting of Oakbrook Community Farm CBS to be held at our very own Barn at Oakbrook Community Farm.  We will have the AGM business followed by a walkabout led by our  growers and farmers sharing their developments and challenges over the last 12 months. 

Elections and Invite to new directors

 Our rules state that at every subsequent meeting following the first AGM,  one-third of the elected Directors, or if their number is not a multiple of three then the number nearest to one-third, shall retire from

office and is then eligible for re-election. 

The Director retiring at this AGM is Sarah Fotheringham. 

New Director Jason Warland is standing for election having been co-opted last year and we invite you to vote on his election.
